She defends her Nurse who submits to the insurance company the wrong information. Very lazy and lies to the insurance company!! ( my Insurance company actually called me and told me what they said to get denied) I feel sorry for anybody that goes to see this doctor she is a very uncaring person!
About a year ago I went with a friend to her appointment at Columbia Internal medicine in Schodack to see Dr. Sripada. While in the waiting room a man left and immediately after leaving the staff gathered together and started talking about him and making jokes. My friend and I were very uncomfortable! They were joking about the man testing positive for "almost every std". The receptionist, Cara, even said his full name when telling one of the other staff members who they were talking about.
Dr. Sripada and her staff are competent and compassionate. I appreciate the kind, common-sense approach and the calm demeanor of everyone I encounter there. Staff have gone out of their way to help me navigate some difficult situations and I trust Dr. Sripada's judgment. I think she is a really good doctor.
Worst Doctor EVER!!! Don't waste your time making an appointment . She is the most Insensitive doctor I have ever met. She doesn’t care if you are depressed she doesn’t care if you’re overweight she doesn’t care if you have issues. All she cares about is the what she thinks!
I dont know if they were aware that the waiting room could hear every word and every snicker, but no patient should EVER be talked about like that by the staff at their doctors office! It was immature, unprofessional, and mean!!!
